Job Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Documentation: Prepare, track, and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between project managers, property operations, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Contractor Management: Assist with sourcing and vetting new contractors for capital expenditure projects.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate and schedule vendor meetings for department heads as needed.
- Financial Audits: Work with project managers in conducting financial audits for projects/assets.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with contractors and regional teams to obtain required project documentation.
- Report Preparation: Create and prepare financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and assist with conference calls or meetings as requested.
- Contract Management: Prepare and track vendor contracts.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
