MEP Superintendent

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join one of the top construction management firms in the New York Metro area for a 14-16 month, project based-assignment. The ideal candidate has the ability to oversee all on-site MEP construction activities and provides assistance in the overall project direction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate project scheduling and manage timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Execute installations according to construction documents (drawings, specs, manuals).
• Establish and coordinate site logistics to meet project requirements and maximize safety and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain excellent client relationships.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of construction field experience in similar position.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
• Prior public project experience is preferred.
• Strong MEP knowledge is required.

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000
