We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Roadways) to join the $4.2 billion New Terminal Project at JFK Airport. The Project Manager (Roadways) will be responsible for managing the design and construction of various landside spaces in the new JFK Terminal. Landside scope includes all facilities and improvements outside of the terminal building and airside environment.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Execution of all Landside related scope that generally includes; modifications to existing roadways, new roadways at grade, elevated roadway structures, pedestrian bridges, utilities and drainage work, lighting, taxi stand, modifications to the yellow and orange garage, intelligent traffic system, associated signage, and the management of traffic throughout construction to support Terminal 6 activation and ongoing operations at Terminal 5 and 7 throughout construction.
- Review design packages.
- Review and comment on all submissions for Landside work.
- Track the cost, billing, budget allocations and forecast future costs for all Landside contemplated changes, approved change orders, purchases, separate agreements in coordination with the Project Controller and Commercial Manager.
- Acting as primary point of contact on all Landside related matters with the Design Build team, Airline partners, Port Authority, and other internal / external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a project management role focused on large infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License preferred.

Salary : $135,000 - $180,000
