What are the responsibilities and job description for the Upgrade Specialist position at isolved?
The Upgrade Specialist will be responsible for leading customers from legacy systems to the isolved solution. As functional experts, they will ensure proper communication with the client. They will functionally walk the client through their first isolved payroll and ensure they are handed off to customer support.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead legacy customers through the isolved upgrade process ensuring their payroll and HR business processes are set up effectively.
- Plan and review key conversion timelines with customers to ensure deliverables and "go lives" are achieved.
- Ensure client obtains required payroll training
- Ensure a successful initial payroll on isolved
- Escalate potential issues early to resolve without affecting implementation timeline.
- Validate solution with the customer
- Transition client to customer support
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the upgrade process and how we can more efficiently meet the needs of the customer.
- Guide and drive clients towards the best solution for their business needs.
- Analyze client's existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
Experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 - 6 years of related experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Functional payroll implementation experience (min 3 years)
- Passion for customer satisfaction
- Fluent English
- Technical understanding and capabilities
- Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative driven
- Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
