iSphere is seeking a REMOTE highly skilled QA Project Manager (QA PM) with a strong technical background and exceptional soft skills. This is a remote role, ideal for a dynamic leader who can manage and guide QA teams and leads effectively while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing testing processes for large ERP systems, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and Go-Live readiness. Additionally, they will dedicate part of their time to smaller-scale projects. Success in this role requires someone who can lead confidently, drive project outcomes, and be sensitive to the unique dynamics of a team that may require encouragement and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee QA teams and leads, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and delivery of quality outcomes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for large ERP systems, including SIT, UAT, and Go-Live phases.
- Identify and prioritize areas to be tested, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the testing process.
- Ensure proper documentation of test cases, issues, and resolutions.
- Support and contribute to smaller projects, applying QA methodologies as needed.
- Lead QA efforts with a mindful and empathetic approach, recognizing and addressing team dynamics to build confidence and productivity.
- Monitor and report on QA progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
- Advocate for quality assurance best practices and promote continuous improvement across QA processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing QA teams, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including SIT, UAT, and Go-Live processes.
- Hands-on experience with testing large ERP systems, including creating and executing test cases.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams while respecting individual team dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies.
- Experience in both large-scale projects and smaller initiatives.
