What You’ll Do
- Lead configuration, releases, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS system
- Manage user setup, workflows, integrations, and system documentation
- Partner with HR and Finance on data strategy and security
- Translate business needs into system solutions and recommend process improvements
- Create and manage reports, business intelligence dashboards, and audit procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
- 5 years’ Workday HRIS experience
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and processes
- Expertise in Excel and HR tech tools
- Analytical mindset with a passion for efficiency and innovation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar tools
- Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, PI/PECI, BIRT)
- Proficiency in web services, XML, XSLT, XPATH
