IT Associates is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in managing change implementations.
This role involves analyzing change impact and understanding stakeholders for technical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and consulting on change management approaches and plans for technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Creating and consulting on change management approaches and plans for technical projects.
- Advising, contributing to, and/or supporting change communications - email, intranet, quick reference guides, FAQs, video, digital display, and survey - for technical projects.
- Advising, contributing to, and/or supporting training for technical projects.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage change resistance and people risks for technical projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) years of full-time experience managing change implementation and support.
- Well-versed in change management processes, project management processes, and lifecycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, can-do attitude, self-motivated.
