Financial services company looking for Program Manager to build out new Program. Will have assistants for process mapping, reporting and training. Need someone who can stand up a new program for commercial customer complaints management and monitoring.
The goal of this program will be less focused on building the complaints infrastructure and more focused on monitoring/BAU process of complaints, especially related to regulatory complaints.

The goal of this program will be less focused on building the complaints infrastructure and more focused on monitoring/BAU process of complaints, especially related to regulatory complaints.
Need to have following experience:
- Jira
- Sharepoint
- Strong Excel
- Needs to be able to get with the business to understand root cause of a complaint/issue, develop mitigation plans to address, and address effective challenge from company's 2LOD (2 nd Line of Defense) Complaint teams.
- Will be helping to shape escalation procedures for complaints.
- Skilled in trend analysis and thematic monitoring of Complaints Reporting
- Ideal candidate will have experience in Issues and OREs (Other Real Estate Owned) as company looks to build out similar monitoring/thematic analysis functions
- Skilled at building partnerships easily with different teams
- Banking experience a must -compliance/regulatory is a plus
- Prior Program build out experience ideal and/or experience with similar type Program involving banking and compliance
