Job Description:
- Technical skills – Expertise on products - FileTrail or Zasio
- Configure, install, and maintain Records Management modules.
- Implement custom SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures to enhance functionality
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, optimize SQL database queries for efficiency, and maintain database health
- Develop and maintain API integrations to connect to the Server with other enterprise systems and applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement document management and workflow solutions
- Provide technical support and user training to ensure efficient utilization of Records Management
- Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements, including records management
- Implement and manage robust backup and restore procedures to safeguard critical data
- Document system configurations, policies, procedures, and best practices
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execute recovery procedures as needed.

Responsibilities : -
- Lead the planning and implementation of File Trail Records
Management projects -
- Oversee the integration of File Trail solutions with existing systems
- Provide expert analysis on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management
- Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency
