Executive-Facing Business Program Manager for an onsite role in Raleigh, NC at our client, a large fortune 500 financial company.
This resource will interact directly with the C-Suite at the Bank as well as their direct functional leads.

Currently, we are hiring for the following position;
Executive-Facing Business Program Manager for an onsite role in Raleigh, NC at our client, a large fortune 500 financial company.
This resource will interact directly with the C-Suite at the Bank as well as their direct functional leads.
- The resource must be willing to be in-office in Raleigh at least 3 days a week.
- They must be a strong driver, a truly exceptional communicator, and have a deep background creating executive-level materials such as drafting Board Decks, Executive Status, and top-level Decision documents.
- Management Consulting Experience would be a plus here- someone who has been in the Client or equivalent space
- This person should be an excellent negotiator, able to manage multiple strong personalities in the Executive space
- Microsoft Project experience is a must.
- Microsoft Project Server experience is a plus.
- Financial background, particularly in Banking is a must.
- This person must have demonstrated experience in managing programs directly, not a Business or IT leader, but a career Program Manager.
- This resource will focus primarily on managing program-level topics across the following:
- PMs on Business Operations, Finance and Treasury, Compliance/BSA/AML, Risk, HR and Org, and Operational Change Management. The Project Management team's work in this space centers on new policies, procedures, controls, functional definition, User Acceptance Testing, and tracking of any manual processes that may result from defect management.
- Examples:
- Ensuring all business projects in the program are managing their dependencies with each other.
- Catching any work items that do not neatly fall into any of the existing projects to insure no missed scope.
- Leading/supporting the project team members with consistent decisioning criteria/policy and approach for faster/more effective decision-making
- Assisting/supporting with project work (and decisions) at the IHC or other LE level, allowing the existing PMs time to focus on the scope within their projects.
- Provide Business partnership to the IT Program manager with topics such as Data Governance / Data Mapping, etc.
- Program ownership of the manual processes, bringing forward active management of that body of work, reviewing across business projects, identifying risks, etc.
- Being a primary point person to interact with another project in Raleigh - for closure documentation, governance, reporting and tracking interlocking milestones, subsequently ensuring each PM has what they need to be effective and that project receives timely response/deliverables for each project.
- Hire date is immediate.
- Contract is through September but could be extended, likely, beyond that time
