The IT Director will oversee and lead all aspects of the company's IT operations, infrastructure, and strategy. Strategic Leadership :
- Develops and implements the company's IT strategy and roadmap to support business objectives.
- Establishes IT vision, goals, and priorities while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
Operations Management :
Oversees day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems and networks are reliable, secure, and scalable.Manages company help desk, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of IT-related issues.Evaluates IT operations and processes to align with performance goals and industry best practices.Security and Risk Management :
Identifies, monitors, and mitigates cybersecurity risks to safeguard the company's data and systems.Ensures compliance with relevant security protocols, policies, and regulations.Team Leadership and Development :
Leads and develops a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability.Manages IT staffing, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.Technology Infrastructure :
Designs and manages IT infrastructure, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid models.Oversees implementation and integration of enterprise-wide systems and software.Assesses and recommends new technology solutions to meet evolving business needs.Collaboration and Communication :
Works cross-departmentally to understand IT needs and ensure solutions enhance overall business performance.Communicates IT goals, progress, and initiatives to senior leadership and other stakeholders.Budget and Vendor Management :
Prepares and oversees IT budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.Manages relationships with external vendors, contractors, and technology partners to ensure service quality and value.Additional Job Duties :

Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or related field.Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years leading teams and managing complex projectsStrong understanding of :o IT systems, networks, security, databases, and telecommunications.
o Cloud, on-premise, and hybrid IT infrastructure models.
o Security protocols and risk management strategies.
Demonstrated success in implementing enterprise-wide systems and IT organizational transformation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.Utilizing Lean and / or Agile methodologies.Possesses a continuous growth mindset, high sense of urgency, and a strong desire for excellence.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across all lines of business; able to communicate effectively to influence others and gain support to achieve results in a cooperative manner.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional IT support and solutions.
