Duties
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory control.

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food handling and preparation processes.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of special events or catering menus as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
- Strong skills in restaurant management, including team management and kitchen management.
- Proficient in menu planning and food preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices for food service management.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team while fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
