Responsibilities

- Manage kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative environment.
- Monitor food production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist with catering events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of food items.
- Maintain inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant settings with a focus on food preparation and production.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively.
- Knowledge of catering practices and experience in managing large-scale events is preferred.
