This role ensures the seamless delivery of high-quality equipment to support our technicians, producers, and project managers in creating unforgettable events.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Warehouse Team: Supervise staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure Quality Control: Develop testing protocols and oversee equipment repairs.
• Optimize Inventory Management: Maintain accuracy and efficiency in our rental software database.
• Streamline Operations: Improve labeling, storage, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with production and logistics teams to meet event needs.
• Prioritize Safety: Enforce safety protocols and maintain regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Bring

• Industry Knowledge: Expertise in audio, video, and lighting systems for events.
• Leadership Experience: 5 years in warehouse management or logistics.
• Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in inventory management systems (Flex Rental Solutions preferred) and MS Office.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A track record of addressing challenges under tight deadlines.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50 pounds and work nonstandard hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Certifications: Forklift Certification, Missouri Class E Driver’s License (or IL equivalent).
• Electronics repair or electrical engineering expertise is a plus.
