This role will assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including Chargeback processing, Service-Now ticketing management, budget reporting, invoice coordination, software renewal contract management, and research assignments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is proactive in finding solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role.
- Experience with Service-Now, financial reporting systems, and procurement
processes are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, both written and oral, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Strong Excel, Work, Outlook).
