We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Finance Coordinator to provide essential support across various business functions. This role involves assisting with day-to-day operational tasks, including chargeback processing, ServiceNow ticket management, budget reporting, invoice coordination, software renewal contract management, and research assignments. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to operational requests and vendor inquiries.
- Process chargebacks for departments by verifying data accuracy and preparing documentation for internal billing.
- Run and analyze budget reports to assist in tracking expenses and providing insights to leadership.
- Support invoice processing by gathering approvals, verifying information, and facilitating payment.
- Track and coordinate software renewal contracts, including obtaining quotes, managing approvals, and ensuring timely renewals.
- Conduct research projects to support business decisions, including vendor evaluations, pricing comparisons, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of operational processes.
- Maintain documentation and process guides to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Assist with purchase orders within the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role.
- Experience with ServiceNow, financial reporting systems, and procurement processes is preferred.
- Strong diligence and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
