The company is at an exciting inflection as we continue to expand our existing brand portfolio and deepen relationships with new and existing customers. The Buyer will purchase goods and services according to departmental and organizational policies and procedures.

JOB SUMMARY :
The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of materials and products needed for the manufacturing process. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods and maintaining inventory levels to support production schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
