iTrust Insurance Group, located in Little Rock, AR, is a second-generation family agency, specializing in providing business and personal insurance solutions to Arkansas and beyond since 2010. We are seeking to fill our full-time, on-site Commercial Account Manager opening. The role involves daily tasks such as managing and servicing clients’ policies, timely preparing of renewals, assisting with quoting new business and placing additional business for existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through positive and helpful customer experiences.
Health insurance and retirement plan are available as benefits. This is a full-time, salaried position.
JOB DUTIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and team members to enhance customer experience.
- Generate and complete new and renewal acord applications and supplementals.
- Issue COIs, Auto ID cards, and other acceptable evidence forms.
- Prepare new business and renewal insurance proposals, premium finance quotes, and loss runs.
- Monitor renewal lists and the remarketing of existing customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years’ experience in commercial insurance service; a willingness to learn through training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail & multi-tasking skills
- Strong work ethic, dedication and ability to work well with others
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
This position does require an active Property & Casualty Insurance License and commercial insurance experience.
