We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) Mobility Air Force (MAF) System Engineer to join our team. The SME will play a crucial role in managing operational vignette-related requirements in support of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network edge software solutions for MAF Platforms. This position requires expertise in identifying solutions for prototype development and collaborating with various teams.
Important Information:
- This position is Onsite at Scott Air Force Base, remote work is not available.
- Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 Annually
- Please note this role is contingent upon ITSC receiving a modification of its current contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify solutions for prototype development to support DAF Battle Network edge software solutions for MAF Platforms.
- Embed within the Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C3MC) team and collaborate with external teams, primarily AMC/A5 and AMC/A8, as well as Platform System Program Offices.
- Advise and support the MAF Development lead as needed.
- Provide expert guidance on system engineering best practices and methodologies.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient prototype development and integration.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in system engineering and MAF platforms.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
