">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients who require physical rehabilitation and have excellent communication skills.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">• A valid Driver's License or Passport for work-related travel • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to work 2/3 major holidays • Effective 11/30/24, IN RN's are not allowed to work at IU Health facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW)

">Schedule Information
">The successful candidate will be required to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call Saturdays. Guaranteed hours include 8 and 10 hour shifts, 3 and 4 twelve-hour shifts per week.
">Unit Specific Information
">Our hospital is a critical access hospital with 12 beds. We provide 95% of our care on an outpatient basis, with the remaining being acute care and swingbed services.
