Role Overview
We’re looking for a versatile and proactive Creative Project Manager to lead creative workflow, support project management, and ensure our creative output stays sharp, timely, and on-brand. This role is perfect for someone who’s fluent in both creative and operations, can manage client relationships, and thrives in a studio that balances strategic thinking with speed.
This person should be comfortable working across verticals, from cause-based campaigns to e-commerce, and able to lead projects across multiple timelines without missing a beat. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication required.
What You’ll Do
• Manage creative project timelines, deliverables, and workflows
• Coordinate day-to-day creative operations across multiple client accounts
• Track project hours, resourcing, and team capacity to ensure timelines and budgets stay on course
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and clients, maintaining clear and timely communication
• Support creative direction by organizing design reviews, managing feedback loops, and ensuring quality control
• Own and improve operational processes, including creative briefs, status docs, and file handoffs
• Collaborate with creatives, account leads, and outside partners to keep projects aligned and on brand
• Use tools like Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday to manage workload and maintain visibility
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance efficiency, ideation, and delivery
What You Bring
• 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, studio or project management
• Familiarity working across a range of industries from CPG, advocacy, B2B, to public affairs
• Deep understanding of the creative process from briefing to delivery
• Strong communication skills; able to manage timelines, expectations, and client interactions
• Detail-oriented, systems-minded, and proactive with problem-solving
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with cultural fluency across markets
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Asana)
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and project scopes at once
• Passion for creative efficiency and innovation, including the use of AI
Bonus Skills
• Hands-on experience with design or copywriting workflows
• Knowledge of creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
• Experience in advocacy, political, or fast-paced agency settings
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and cloud-based asset libraries
Compensation: $75,000 annual salary (exempt, full time)
This position is on-site at our San Diego office. Remote work is not available.
