As part of our Solutions, Support & Innovation Engineering team, you’ll be at the forefront of solving real-world problems for our clients and internal teams. Depending on your level of experience, you’ll take on roles in:
Level I (Entry-Level)
- Respond to incoming requests for desktops, laptops, software, and network devices
- Assist with installations, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware/software
- Collaborate with senior engineers for ticket escalations and hands-on training
- Maintain documentation and accurate ticket records
- Deliver escalated technical support, both remotely and on-site
- Handle system builds, server configuration, network architecture, and backups
- Collaborate with QA and Dev teams to test and document custom software solutions
- Identify system improvements, support application development QA, and help shape internal processes
- Mentor junior engineers and lead client communications when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 0–5 years experience in a technical support or QA role
- Industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) a plus
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid NYS driver’s licenseand be willing to travel throughout the New York Tristate area
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Able to work flexible shifts and be available for 24x7 off-hours coverage rotation (nights & weekends)
- Microsoft OS, Office 365, Exchange & Active Directory
- Windows Server (2016 ) and basic virtualization (VMWare, Citrix)
- Routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP, and cabling best practices
- QA testing tools, Chrome Dev Tools, and website/application troubleshooting
- Ticketing systems and documentation platforms
- Help desk or call center environments

- Salary: $50,000 - $95,000 , commensurate with experience
