What You Will Do
- Develop Automation Solutions – Design, develop, and implement automated tools, scripts, and workflows to enhance IT and business operations.
- Optimize Processes – Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and enhance data accuracy.
- Lead Automation Initiatives – Serve as a technical expert on automation, providing best practices and driving adoption across the organization.
- Ensure Quality & Performance – Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure automation tools are reliable, efficient, and secure.
- Document & Standardize – Establish and maintain technical documentation and standards for automation processes.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with IT, service operations, and business teams to resolve technology challenges and implement automation solutions.
- Support & Troubleshoot – Provide second and third-level support for automated workflows, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
- Enhance Security & Compliance – Ensure automation solutions align with organizational policies, security best practices, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Contribute to Innovation – Research and evaluate emerging automation technologies, including AI and machine learning, to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform Additional Duties – Support IT initiatives and special projects as needed.
What We Are Looking For
Automation & Scripting Experience – Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
Problem-Solving Skills – Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve IT-related automation challenges.
Technical Expertise – Understanding of software development best practices, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Cloud & AI Integration Knowledge – Familiarity with cloud-based automation, AI/AIOps, and machine learning tools preferred.
Process Improvement Mindset – Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and event-driven architectures is a plus.
Strong Communication & Collaboration – Ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders across various departments.
Adaptability & Multitasking – Ability to manage multiple projects, adjust to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
IT Support Experience – Background in IT systems, infrastructure, or service desk operations preferred.
Required Certification, Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in systems engineering, automation, or software development.
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) and UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare data, IT compliance frameworks, or cloud data warehousing is a plus.
