What You Will Do
- Own the New Hire Experience – Serve as the main point of contact for new hires from offer acceptance through their first day, ensuring a welcoming and organized onboarding process.
- Facilitate Onboarding and Compliance – Process I-9 and E-Verify verifications, conduct background checks, and coordinate with IT and Credentialing (for Nurse Practitioners) to ensure new hires have system access and required documentation.
- Lead HR Orientation – Schedule and facilitate HR Orientation sessions via Zoom, providing new hires with key company information and resources.
- Coordinate Offboarding – Work with IT to remove system access, track company property returns, and ensure final pay processing and benefits continuation.
- Maintain HR Documentation – Organize and update employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support HR Operations – Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, responding to employee inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to streamline HR processes.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with HR, Credentialing, IT, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers to keep workflows efficient and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented – Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in HR records and documentation.
- Proactive and Driven – Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and follows through on responsibilities without needing constant direction.
- Eager to Learn and Grow – A fast learner who is adaptable, open to feedback, and excited to develop within the HR field.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and internal teams.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and HR systems (experience preferred but not required).
- Confidentiality and Integrity – Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of HR, administrative, or customer service experience (internships or part-time HR experience preferred).
