We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Revenue Cycle Financial Analyst who is excited to take ownership of our revenue processes and make a measurable difference. This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Brentwood, TN office, Monday through Friday.

About the Role
The Revenue Cycle Financial Analyst is a vital part of the IVX Health team, serving as the go-to expert for revenue cycle analysis and financial optimization. You will play a key role in identifying trends, streamlining billing processes, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance overall financial performance.
This is a Monday through Friday role during regular business hours, with the flexibility to solve problems and partner with internal stakeholders to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and Optimize: Review billing, coding, and reimbursement data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor Performance: Track key revenue cycle metrics such as denial rates, accounts receivable days, and cash collections.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with corporate and administrative teams to streamline workflows, address underpayments, and reduce denials.
- Investigate and Resolve Issues: Identify the root causes of claim denials and work to resolve them efficiently, including appealing denied claims when necessary.
- Develop Tools and Reports: Create and maintain payer scorecards, reporting tools, and pricing tables to track payer performance and financial trends.
- Support the Team: Serve as a resource for departments like Prior Authorization, Finance, and Accounting, helping to resolve revenue cycle-related concerns.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Strong problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with both field-level employees and executive leadership
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Revenue Cycle Analytics
- 2 years’ experience in finance or revenue cycle analytics
- Experience with SQL and/or Tableau, preferred
- Familiarity with billing and coding practices, insurance reimbursement, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Experience with healthcare billing software and reporting tools.
