This position is in-office in Logan, Utah.
We are looking for a self-starter to join our iWorQ team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Logan, Utah, office. This role is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to meet our growing company’s needs while ensuring employee satisfaction and retention. You will work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and department managers to drive the growth of each team by improving and amplifying the recruiting process, supporting the onboarding of new hires, and completing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Work with hiring managers to define job needs
- Source and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews and hiring process
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Manage offers and support onboarding
- Build candidate and industry relationships
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and regulations
- Support employee training, retention, and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Experience interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
- Familiarity with ATS is a plus
