We are looking for a self-starter to join our iWorQ team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Logan, Utah, office. This role is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to meet our growing company's needs while ensuring employee satisfaction and retention. You will work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and department managers to drive the growth of each team by improving and amplifying the recruiting process, supporting the onboarding of new hires, and completing administrative tasks.

- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Manage offers and support onboarding
- Build candidate and industry relationships
