Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records with attention to detail.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading correspondence and reports.
- Support construction business functions, including appointment scheduling and customer follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or dental receptionist is advantageous.
