Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on provided information, team input, and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with staff to gather necessary details and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Format and organize SOPs in a consistent, professional manner.
- Review and revise existing procedures to align with current practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of company processes and sensitive information.
- Ensure all SOPs are stored and cataloged appropriately for easy access.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support, technical writing, or documentation is preferred.
- Strong writing, grammar, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or other documentation tools is required.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, taking initiative, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
