Looking for a motivated, DETAIL ORIENTED, organized Admin/Receptionist who can work independently and follow through on tasks.
Must be professional, driven and flexible!
Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Check-in visitors and vendors
Order and confirm daily lunches
Schedule meetings, interviews, etc.
Copy, file, and distribute documents to internal and external sources
Track inventory, stock breakrooms
Contact and schedule bids & vendors
Data Entry
Filing
Document creation
Track and report attendance
Provide support to the HR department & Office Management
Mail distribution
Other duties as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar) is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping REQUIRED
