Reporting to the Vice President of Lean & Continuous Improvement, the Continuous Improvement Project Coordinator will support the JBPCO Corporate CI team with the set up and coordination of the necessary arrangements to deliver a first-in-class lean training program.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate projects with outside consultants to establish a company-wide CI network, including but not limited to : lean & CI website design and maintenance, kaizen optimizer, lean assessment, etc.
- Support Corporate CI team project activities including communication, project timeline, meeting facilitation, data gathering, data processing utilizing lean tools, and solution implementation and follow-up.
- Maintain and organize CI team schedules, lean training materials, documents and CI related files
