IT Support Specialist – Join Our Team!
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and keep our technology running smoothly!
What You’ll Do :
- Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system connectivity.
- Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades and installations.
- Educate employees on best practices for using IT resources securely.
- Document issues and solutions to improve future troubleshooting.
What We’re Looking For :
Work Environment & Physical Demands :
Work Schedule :
Monday-Friday with some Saturday work.
May be needed for complex issues outside of regular hours.
Pay : $17-$20 per hour
