🔧 What You’ll Do:- Oversee daily operations: sales, production, service, admin
- Lead and support department heads and field teams
- Improve systems and processes for efficiency and growth
- Monitor financials, job costing, and performance metrics
- Ensure a best-in-class customer experience from start to finish
- Stay ahead of trends and innovations in roofing products and tech
- 5 years in management (construction or trades preferred)
- Deep understanding of roofing or home services operations
- Experience with CRMs (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Salesforce, etc.)
- A natural leader who builds culture, accountability, and momentum
- Financial literacy and strong communication skills
