J.Crew is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Marketing Coordinator – Loyalty. The coordinator will be responsible for helping to implement and execute strategies to grow the J.Crew Loyalty Program. This position will include qualitative and quantitative program measurement, project management and the execution of multiple initiatives across both the J.Crew and J.Crew Factory brands. In this role, the coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners ranging from Brand Creative, Customer Insights, Brand Marketing, Project Management, Store Operations, and IT to design, execute and measure various marketing tactics.

Prior experience in loyalty marketing at an eCommerce or retail company, with a demonstrated passion for the J.Crew Brand, is preferred.
