Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic Leader to join our team as an Operations Manager. In this role you will take charge of maintaining the physical environment of the territory, training of new employees, and following up on inspections to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction and the consistent delivery of top-quality services. Work independent. We are a growing company and there will be a lot of room to grow with us. Home office will be in Baldwin.

Must be able to pass our company vehicle insurance requirements as you would be driving a company vehicle

Schedule:

• Full Time Monday to Friday, approximately 2pm to 11:00pm or past, on call about every 6th or 7th weekend
• Holiday Pay

• Willingness to be Flexible with longer nights and rotating Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all nighttime cleaning operations across all accounts, ensuring all services meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Conduct on-site inspections at customer locations to assess cleanliness, team performance, and adherence to contract specifications.
• Check in with supervisors nightly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Ensure all accounts are fully staffed, properly trained, and have the supplies needed to perform their duties efficiently.
• Identify and address operational challenges in real-time, providing hands-on support when needed.
• Work as a fill-in cleaner as needed to ensure that the accounts are all taken care of on their perspective night.
• Supervise, support, and motivate nighttime supervisors, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of cleaning staff.
• Ensure all accounts operate within budgeted labor and supply costs.
• Monitor labor hours nightly and productivity to prevent overtime or inefficiencies.
• Utilize WinTeam and ehub systems to maximize efficiency.
• Work with management to optimize operational processes for cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
• Provide nightly reports on inspections, customer feedback, and operational issues.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding team performance, customer concerns, and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of site visits, employee attendance, and any corrective actions taken.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay:

• Salaried $42,640 to $47,840.00 per year depending on experience with incentive / bonus pay
• Paid weekly by direct deposit
