Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities and make sure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is being done to specifications
- Oversee the safety of all workers on site and ensure that all safety protocols are being followed
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Maintain open communication with project stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress
Qualifications:
- Civil Utilities, and Preferred Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in civil construction
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
