Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Benefits Compensation Specialist at J&J Worldwide Services. The Benefits Compensation Specialist will be responsible for benefit administration and compensation support. Utilizing analytical skills to ensure fair and competitive total rewards packages for employees.
Qualifications
Pinpoints needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures.
· Records employee enrollment in benefits.
· Explains and interprets more complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents.
· Requires more in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures to be utilized independently.
· Administrates and monitors compensation and wellness programs including development of strategies and communications.
· Assists supervisors and management in implementation health and welfare plans including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
