Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk
Are you detail-oriented and skilled in bookkeeping and accounting? A growing company is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk to support its Accounting and Leadership teams. This role involves bookkeeping, data entry, reporting, and transactional processes across multiple locations/entities.

- Reconcile daily POS (Point of Sale) transactions and prepare reports.
- Process vendor invoices, credit card purchases, and patient payments.
- Prepare and file sales tax reports.
- Perform monthly general ledger (GL) reconciliations.
- Maintain and update various company spreadsheets and reports.
- Provide cross-functional team support as needed.
- Handle phone calls and communication between locations.
- Assist with special projects and other assigned duties.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar systems (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
