Our client is seeking entrepreneurial-minded individual to join their growing team as a Customer Service / Account Manager to work in their Hermitage PA office.
The selected individual will have a well-developed phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations, a social and positive personality, a self-starter and a proactive problem solver. Duties will include day to day service needs of customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer incoming calls from clients with service needs.
- Willing to spend time taking inbound calls & making outbound calls.
- Deliver exceptional service to existing clients.
