We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our organization. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with order entry and processing using computerized systems
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with project coordination and event planning tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
