In partnership with one of our top clients, an international manufacturing / distribution company expanding their presence in the United States, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist on a full-time, direct-hire basis. Exciting opportunity to join a growing company that has built out beautiful new office space. This is a fully onsite position in Windsor.
Responsibilities
Processing and recording customer payments
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
Preparing and sending invoices
Maintaining and updating AR records
Contact clients regarding overdue invoices, and resolve any payment disputes or issues Qualifications :
3 years of accounts receivable experience
Strong understanding of AR principles and collections processes
Experience with MS Dynamics a plus
Salary / Benefits :
50,000 - $55,000 (depending on experience)
Full benefit package (insurance, PTO, 401k)
