Sales Administrator
Location : Longmeadow, MA (on-site)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, day shift
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with job and industry experience
Employment Type : Temporary to hire
Position Summary :
The Sales Administrator will be a key member of the finance and sales teams, assisting with various post-sale tasks. The role will report to the CFO and help ensure smooth processing of sales, invoicing, financing, and related administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Process invoicing, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Manage equipment sales order financing, including working with the warranty department.
Handle all delivery and registration paperwork for equipment and parts, ensuring proper receipt and completion.
Assist customers with requests and paperwork related to purchased equipment, including trades associated with sales.
Maintain and update customer ownership files for multiple locations.
Prepare and produce sales reports for vendors
Serve as the point of contact for audits and assist in phone backup duties.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
3 years of administrative experince, ideally with one year in a sales support role
High attention to detail organizational, and communication skills
Must be able to manage time well and self-motivated and proactive
Proficiency is Excel and emailing systems are required
