What You'll Do: Understand JR Lifecycle Management Ideal Customer Criteria to inform marketing and selling strategies. Understand JR Lifecycle Management business unit experience, capabilities, and customer diversification strategies. Identify and match JR’s Lifecycle Management capabilities and capacity to the post-installation service and support needs of JR customers. Leverage market and customer intelligence data for initial customer outreach. Leverage existing database of JR customers and pursue opportunities within those customers accounts for new automation, modernization projects and post-installation service and support. Generate new sales opportunities through timely qualification of new customer leads generated through marketing and sales activities. Prepare proposals for field service and remote support. Manage proposals through the process to receipt of PO and project kickoff. Leverage relationships with existing customers and supplier partners to increase quantity and quality of leads for Lifecycle Management service and support opportunities. Achieve sales lead objectives set by Sales Leadership. Collect relevant customer information and requirements to efficiently manage the opportunity through it’s lifecycle. Collect relevant customer information to present the new automation or modernization project opportunity to the field sales team. Participate in small to medium research and reporting projects from time to time.
