Job Description : J.R. Lupo CPA is looking for a versatile Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, billing, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping.
Responsibilities :
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
Maintain client records, files, and other documentation.
Provide support with data entry and basic bookkeeping in accounting software.
Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and other financial documents as needed.
Assist with client inquiries and manage office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications :
Previous administrative experience; exposure to bookkeeping or basic accounting is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks Online experience is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
