Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support : Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate
follow-ups with clients and prospective leads.
Client Communication : Assist in drafting and sending client emails, text campaigns,
and follow-up messages to maintain excellent customer relationships.
Document Preparation : Create and maintain professional documents such as quotes,
proposals, and client resources.
Scheduling Coordination : Schedule client consultations and assist with rescheduling or
confirming appointments as needed.
Marketing Support : Assist with creating and managing social media posts, campaigns,
and other marketing efforts.
Data Management : Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and other business systems.
Requirement
Communication : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with virtual collaboration tools.
Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and make decisions effectively.
Confidentiality : Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
