The Order Processor specializing in subpoena drafting is responsible for processing orders, drafting, and issuing subpoenas in compliance with legal requirements. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to procedural and jurisdictional standards while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to verify the accuracy of information before issuance.

  • Handle incoming orders related to legal documents, including subpoena requests.
  • Input data accurately into the system and track orders through completion.
  • Maintain records of all orders and associated documentation.

  • Review subpoenas for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.
  • Address discrepancies or errors promptly to avoid delays in processing.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using legal and administrative software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
