Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Superintendent role for a Luxury Custom Home Builder located in Magnolia, Texas. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction of custom homes, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites for new custom builds, remodels, and renovations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage project timelines and budgets, addressing any discrepancies promptly
• Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and provide feedback to crews
• Communicate effectively with clients to update them on project status and address any concerns
• Keep construction management software updated daily

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
• Experience managing custom and luxury home projects preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong attention to detail
