What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR/Admin Supervisor position at JA Solar?
Job Duties
1. Responsible for HR management of Chinese expats during their stay in the United States, including but not limited to attendance management, salary payment, benefits enrollment, tax management and other relevant compliance matters in the United States;
2. Responsible for and coordinating the admin and logistical support for Chinese expats upon their arrival in the United States, including but not limited to processing Social Security Number ( SSN ), opening local bank accounts, activating SIM cards, handling accommodation arrangements and providing daily life consultations, to ensure the smooth integration of expats into local life and work;

3. Maintain communication with HQ HR team, provide projec-related HR data, and continuously optimize the relevant processes.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management, Business Management, or related fields, familiar with local labor laws and regulations in the United States;
2. At least 1 Year of experience in HR Management, with experience in multinational companies or overseas working being preferred;

3. Possess good communication and coordination skills, team work spirit, and cross-cultural communication abilities;
4. Proficient in using Office and other office software, with a certain level of data analysis capabilities.
