Hr/Admin Supervisor

Supervises Human Resources processes to ensure efficient operations for the Organization.

Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Assigning duties to utility staffs and regularly inspecting their work to ensure that established cleaning standards are met.

Performs other duties as may be assigned form time to time.

• Qualifications
• Education and Experience

Ø Graduate of Psychology or any Business related course.

Ø A minimum of three years of progressive leadership in Human Resources.

Ø Strong organizational skills, high initiative and integrity

• Skills

Ø Computer literate

Ø With good communication skills

Ø Good knowledge of labor laws

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute / relocate :

• Mandaue, Cebu : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
