This role is pivotal in shaping our organization's talent acquisition strategy, managing the recruitment processes for open positions, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support Jaan Health's mission of revolutionizing healthcare delivery through innovative technology.

As an Internal Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with hiring managers across various departments, understanding their hiring needs, and driving initiatives to fill these roles efficiently. You will also lead a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and guidance to help them succeed. Your expertise in recruitment will be essential in optimizing our internal processes and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and define job requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate recruitment metrics and optimize hiring practices.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
  • Enhance the employer brand through innovative recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
  • Remote work experience
  • 5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on internal recruitment.
  • Tech/Startup Experience
  • Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HR software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus.
