Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and define job requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate recruitment metrics and optimize hiring practices.
- Maintain thorough documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.

- Remote work experience
- 5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on internal recruitment.
- Tech/Startup Experience
- Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus.
